7.1 Trial Period We offer a 60-night sleep trial on all CervAlign™ pillow purchases. The trial period begins on the date of delivery as confirmed by carrier tracking. To be eligible for a return under the trial, you must have slept on the product for a minimum of two weeks to allow for a proper adjustment period.
7.2 Return Eligibility To initiate a return within the 60-night trial period, contact us at the details in Section 14 with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Products must be returned in a reasonably clean condition. We reserve the right to decline a refund if a product is returned in a condition that suggests misuse, damage, or use inconsistent with its intended purpose.

8.3 What Is Not Covered The warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear; damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, or modifications; cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality; damage caused by failure to follow care instructions; or products purchased from unauthorised resellers.
